An acrylic signage plate is suspended one and one-quarter inches in front of the wall substrate using two brass-coated magnetic standoffs. These standoffs connect to magnetic bars routed flush into a plywood support board. A brass sheet is attached to the plywood substrate, which is mounted to wood blocking beyond.
