A through-wall scupper sleeve is bedded in concrete with compressible foam joint filler and supported by fire-retardant treated wood blocking. Metal counterflashing is sealed along the top and sides around the penetration, while the scupper face plate is fastened across the bottom flange. A conductor head slides in behind the counterflashing and face plate to connect with the downspout below.
