The stair railing features a three-inch by one-inch flat bar top rail with a handrail height positioned between thirty-four and thirty-eight inches above the stair nosing. A three-foot six-inch minimum height is maintained for the overall guard assembly. The handrail incorporates a three-and-a-half-inch radius return. Field splices are welded and ground smooth, with field trimming permitted as required.
