A plan detail of an elevator shaft wall corner assembly featuring a powder-coated steel elevator jamb anchored with jamb anchor clips over layers of 1-inch shaft liner. Liquid flashing is applied at the transition alongside fluid-applied flashing and air/vapor barrier membrane. An extruded aluminum corner trim assembly is installed at the exterior corner with corner bead at the interior finish. Joint sealant and backer rod seal the junction between the aluminum trim and the adjacent wall construction.
