The guardrail assembly consists of a one-and-one-quarter-inch diameter steel tube top rail and one-inch diameter steel tube vertical pickets spaced at three and three-quarter inches on center. The posts anchor into pipe sleeves that extend six inches into the concrete wall or slab, with the sleeves grouted solid. Vertical pickets and posts are set at four-foot equal spacing intervals along the top of the wall or concrete paving.
