A partition wall head terminates below a fireproofed metal deck oriented perpendicular to the deck flutes. A one-half-inch gap is provided at the top of the wall framing for movement and firestopping. A minimum six-inch long Zee clip secures the top track assembly. Keynote references and general notes coordinate standard installation requirements.
