Suspension wires hang from existing two-by-six wood rafters spaced across an eight-foot width with existing sheathing above. The middle wire is used only at the two-by-six rafters while standard wires support the T-bar ceiling grid below. Spacing is dimensioned at two feet on center for the support wires.
