A wide-flange beam frames into the web of a wide-flange column through a bolted shear tab connection. The connection utilizes A325X bolts sized per the schedule with specific edge distances and bolt spacings. Full-depth top and bottom plate stiffeners welded to the column web reinforce the connection against local web yielding and buckling. Weld sizes and plate thicknesses are governed by the accompanying schedule based on specific framing member sizes. A reference table provides parameters for different member combinations including bolt counts, bolt diameters, required plate thickness, and weld sizes.
