A gypsum board suspended ceiling system terminates at a wall utilizing a manufacturer-provided support angle fastened to the wall framing. A seismic perimeter clip, provided by the manufacturer to comply with local code requirements, secures the ceiling grid near the perimeter. Minimum 12-gauge hanging wires support the ceiling assembly at four feet maximum on center. The ceiling surface consists of five-eighths inch gypsum board attached to the framing.
