An access floor panel system terminates at a vertical partition wall supported by adjustable pedestals resting on a concrete slab. Access floor panels are cut to within one-sixteenth of an inch of the wall. A continuous seal is applied at the floor-to-wall line and at the slab interface. A wall base is installed where applicable at the perimeter of the partition.
