A loading dock pit section constructed with concrete walls and slab, detailed with continuous three-inch by three-inch by one-quarter-inch steel angles embedded with minimum six-inch long hooked anchors spaced at twelve inches on center. A laminated dock bumper is mounted to the exterior edge. The slab slopes toward the interior, and sealant is provided at the base joint where the pit wall meets the adjacent concrete slab.
