A reinforced membrane roof assembly is installed over rigid insulation and wood roof sheathing supported by wood roof trusses sized per structural drawings. The membrane lap joint is secured with fastener plates and fasteners installed per the manufacturer recommendations. Sealant is applied at the membrane overlap, maintaining specified minimum clearances of one and one-half inches and one-half inch.
