A roof pitch pocket penetration assembly utilizes a fully adhered TPO membrane over insulation and a steel roof deck conforming to UL D916. The penetration passes through the roof deck and is surrounded by a prefabricated pitch pocket filled with a white pourable one-part sealer. A flashing membrane extends up the vertical surface of the penetration and terminates under an approved plate secured with fasteners per the roofing manufacturer specifications.
