Required push side maneuvering clearance provides forty-eight inches minimum depth when the recess depth exceeds eight inches. Push side clearance for doors with both closer and latch provides forty-eight inches minimum depth with twelve inches minimum on the latch side when the recess depth exceeds eight inches.
