Precast concrete stair treads and risers bear on a steel stringer and stair support sized per structural drawings. Steel angle brackets are welded to the stringer and bolted to the precast treads. A cast-in-place concrete landing meets the stair run at a landing beam supported by a galvanized and painted steel angle per structural requirements. A handrail featuring a one and one-half inch outer diameter standard painted steel pipe and half-inch vertical steel rods spaced at four inches on center is secured above.
