A prefinished metal flashing cap secures over a four-by-ten wood nailer at the parapet wall. The nailer anchors to the parapet with one-half-inch diameter by six-inch long anchor bolts spaced at thirty inches on center, countersunk to accommodate the cap. Metal cleats install on each side of the nailer to secure the flashing. The roofing membrane adheres to the rigid insulation and cover board using manufacturer-recommended bonding adhesive, extending one-half inch beyond the termination plate. A manufacturer-specified fastener and seam plate install at a maximum of twelve inches on center, with termination bars cut at all corners and spaced with a one-quarter-inch gap between sections.
