An EPDM roofing membrane terminates at the exterior wall junction using a two-inch cant strip and bonding adhesive, secured with a termination bar and continuous bead of sealant. Fasteners are spaced at twelve inches on center maximum behind a metal Z flashing and weep metal edge. The wall assembly consists of hat channel furring, a vapor retarder, and three-quarters of an inch of lath and plaster with paint finish.
