A Pemko door top weatherstrip is fastened to the top of the door frame using factory-provided number six by five-eighths inch Phillips flat head sheet metal screws. The head of the door meets a concrete wall sized per plans and schedules, sealed at the exterior and interior joints with continuous sealant on each side. The weatherstrip projects two inches outward with a five-eighths inch vertical mounting dimension and two-and-a-half-inch horizontal coverage over the door. The finish is selected to match the door frame.
