Structural wall backing is anchored to the wall substrate using three-eighths-inch diameter by three-and-one-quarter-inch long Hilti Kwik Hus-EZ anchors spaced typically at three inches. Additional backing is provided per structural drawing ST5.03 and architectural drawing A0.22. Plan and section views illustrate the placement of the backing members relative to the wall.
