The assembly is framed with a one-inch gypsum board wall lining the interior space. A painted metal sleeve is inset to receive the one-and-a-half-inch curtain rod. The rod is anchored within a half-inch painted hardwood box end using a two-inch drop pin secured with a cotter pin. Framing members consist of three-quarter-inch painted hardwood components.
