A 12 gauge sill angle is bedded in sealant atop a concrete wall substrate with a 2-inch minimum dimension. A pre-installed through wall flashing is set in sealant over the concrete and laps beneath the sill angle. A pre-installed primary water-resistive barrier laps over a self-adhering membrane and flashing, continuing upward behind a rainscreen drainmat and siding. Beds of sealant and sealant beads seal the joints at the sill angle and membrane overlaps.
