An intermediate precast concrete support rests on a cast-in-place concrete footing with a sand setting bed and adjacent paving. The precast concrete support is secured to the footing by a three-quarter inch by six-inch epoxy set stainless steel pin. A continuous angle bracket and mounting hardware attach an LED light fixture and mounting hardware beneath the bench slat. A sleeve or conduit void is cast into the precast concrete support to accept wiring for the LED fixture. The bench slat features a one-quarter-inch radius eased edge typically. The cast-in-place concrete footing rests on compacted subgrade with a sub-base material per civil engineering requirements.
