A pipe penetration passes through a sheet metal flashing assembly over an equipment pad, sealed with a PVC single-ply storm collar and PVC flashing membrane. A Dow Corning 795 silicone sealant over urethane sealant is secured at the top with a stainless steel cinch band. A tooled application of urethane-based caulking is applied in weather formation, and soldered metal flashing connects to the pan flashing with a minimum 6 inch dimension. Sheet metal flashing over the equipment pad ties into the edge detail.
