This wall assembly is framed with six-inch cold-formed metal studs with stud spacing coordinated per structural drawings. The exterior side features one-half-inch gypsum sheathing. The interior side is finished with five-eighths-inch gypsum board and a specified wall finish per the finish schedule. Sound attenuation batt insulation is installed within the stud cavity.
