The parapet wall consists of a painted metal cap matching the adjacent wall, mounted over a framed wall assembly with an exterior insulation finish system on the exterior face. The roof assembly transitions at the parapet base with single-ply roofing over rigid insulation, concrete over a metal deck, supported by a structural steel beam below. Single-ply roofing also extends up the interior side of the framing wall.
