A cantilevered lavatory countertop is supported by 2x2x1/8-inch steel angles anchored to boxed 16-gauge metal studs with a 1-5/8-inch flange. The countertop support framing spans a maximum of 3 feet 6 inches with predrilled holes for screw attachment of the millwork. The assembly coordinates with partition framing types and finish elevations as specified.
