Roof membrane flashing extends upward against the exterior wall assembly over rigid insulation and a protection board supported by the roof deck. A six-inch wide twenty-two gauge sheet metal fastening strip secures the vertical termination of the roofing membrane. Exterior wall sheathing wraps the vertical transition above the membrane flashing.
