Solid surface countertops are epoxy-set over marine-grade plywood substrates with a one-half-inch radius bullnose edge. A metal channel conceals the plywood edge above the wood apron or enclosure. Where applicable, marine-grade plywood ledges and backsplashes integrate with the cabinet side beyond and cabinet doors or panels.
