A primary roof drain and a secondary overflow drain are integrated into a single-ply roof membrane over rigid insulation and roof sheathing. Tapered insulation slopes inward toward the primary and secondary drains, maintaining a minimum spacing of two feet between them. A two-inch collar is provided at the overflow drains only. The assembly bears on a steel deck supported by concrete tilt-up wall panels, with TPO single-ply roofing fastened at twenty-four inches on center on both sides of the rigid insulation.
