An alert buzzer is recessed into an exterior aluminum panel wall assembly at each side of a parking garage entry. The unit mounts to a 3 5/8-inch junction box framed within the EW-07 wall assembly, which includes unfaced mineral wool board insulation type INS-01A supported by fiberglass sub-girts. Sealant is applied continuously around the perimeter of the buzzer housing where it penetrates the aluminum panel finish.
