An exterior wall assembly terminates at a roof or base junction with insulated metal wall panels mounted over a weather barrier and metal framing sized per plans. Five-eighths-inch Type X gypsum board lines the interior side of the metal stud framing. Prefinished sheet metal flashing and trim transitions the exterior wall to an SBS membrane roofing assembly at the base.
