This counter assembly is constructed with marine grade plywood cabinetry on the employee side, finished with plastic laminate on all exterior surfaces. The counter front is clad in tile set over a mortar bed or thin-set adhesive, applied to a gypsum board substrate supported by metal studs. A Schluter metal trim profile terminates the tile at the base, which sits above a four-inch metal base. The quartz countertop features an apron that conceals an LED light strip, with electrical access panels and outlets integrated into the wall structure. The overall counter height is three feet six inches, with a total depth of three feet.
