A light-gauge boxed beam is suspended between wing walls of a one-hour fire-rated system to support the ceiling perimeter. A shaft ceiling deep-leg track is secured to the boxed beam, carrying the gypsum board ceiling assembly. A shaft wall deep-leg track anchors the M4 wall assembly directly above the transition. Gypsum board is extended as indicated to maintain the fire-rated enclosure continuity.
