A 1-1/2 inch stainless steel pipe handrail is mounted to a framed wall assembly with a 1/2 inch diameter stainless steel pipe bracket and a 3 inch diameter by 1/4 inch thick stainless steel mounting plate. The wall assembly includes medium-density fiberboard wood wall paneling per interior elevations over framing backed by 2x6 wood blocking at each handrail bracket location. The top of the handrail is positioned 3 feet zero inches above the stair nosing.
