Accessibility clearances for swinging doors require a minimum of sixty inches of clear depth on the pull side with twenty-four inches preferred and eighteen inches minimum latch side clearance. A minimum width of thirty-two inches is required for all doors. Push side approaches require a minimum depth of forty-eight inches with dimension x requiring a minimum of twelve inches if the door has both a closer and a latch.
