An insulated sectional door operates on a three-inch heavy-duty door track mounted adjacent to a concrete tilt-up wall panel. A metal angle anchors at the top of the concrete opening, while a dock seal is positioned where required. A drip is formed into the underside of the concrete panel above the door opening, maintaining a two and three-quarter inch dimension from the door track assembly.
