An aluminum storefront window system attaches to an interior partition per manufacturer requirements with shims as required for proper alignment. Backer rod and sealant are applied to both sides of the window frame joint. The interior partition is sized per plan and glazed with one-quarter-inch glass specified in the window schedule.
