A one-and-one-quarter-inch-diameter round painted steel pipe handrail is secured to the wall per plan using a painted steel handrail support bracket, specified as Wagner model RB14025 or approved equal spaced at five feet on center maximum. The bracket positions the handrail two inches vertically from its base connection and two-and-a-half inches horizontally from the finished wall surface.
