Four connection options detailing channel and electrical metallic tubing struts secured beneath a minimum twenty gauge metal deck with roof insulation. Channel struts attach using twelve gauge angles, two number twelve sheet metal screws into the deck underside, and two number ten sheet metal screws into the strut web or flange. Electrical metallic tubing struts feature either flattened ends or slotted tube ends fastened with similar twelve gauge and ten gauge clip angles and sheet metal screws. All options require placing the strut tight to the clip or structure.
