A six-foot or four-foot long precast reinforced concrete wheel stop is set flush with the top of the paving over an aggregate base and compacted soil. Two number four rebar dowels are embedded eighteen inches minimum into natural grade through the wheel stop. Concrete paving is placed over aggregate base and compacted soil per civil drawings. An optional concrete curb and landscape zone is located at the end of the stall. Epoxy adhesive may be used in lieu of rebar for concrete slab installation with owner approval.
