A hollow metal frame is set within a concrete masonry unit wall with masonry notched as required for hardware provisions. Jamb anchors secure the frame to the masonry cores, spaced at a maximum of 8 inches. Sealant joints are detailed at both frame returns against the masonry face. Dimensions show a 2-inch frame face with 5/8-inch returns and specific offsets of 1-15/16 inches and 1-9/16 inches.
