A through-wall scupper sleeve is embedded within a concrete wall opening surrounded by compressible foam joint filler and fire-retardant treated wood blocking. Metal counterflashing seals the top and sides of the scupper opening, while a scupper face plate fastens across the bottom flange. A downspout conductor head slides in behind the counterflashing and face plate, connecting directly to the downspout below.
