A pipe penetrates a rated concrete floor assembly with specific firestop ratings. The system includes a concrete floor slab penetrated by a through-pipe surrounded by packing material and firestop sealants. Item 1 is the concrete floor, Item 2 is the penetrating pipe, Item 3 is the packing material, Item 4A is the bottom firestop sealant, and Item 4B is the top firestop sealant. The system achieves F ratings of 1-1/2 and 2 hours and T ratings of 1/2, 1, and 1-1/4 hours.
