An overhead door threshold assembly interfaces the bottom of an overhead coiling or sectional door with the concrete slab. A vinyl astragal seals the bottom edge of the door curtain against the floor. The drive-in door variant features a half-inch vertical clearance transition over the sloped concrete approach. The dock door variant rests directly at the loading dock platform edge.
