The sign installation requires an eighteen inch by eighteen inch minimum clear floor space centered on the tactile characters located beyond the arc of the door swing. Character height ranges from five-eighths inch minimum to two inches maximum for uppercase letters, with specific stroke widths and spacing dimensions.
