Stone or ceramic tile with field-applied grout, or alternatively vinyl or rubber tile with heat or cold welded seams, finishes the top surface of the assembly. A backer board adheres directly to the substrate using thin-set mortar or adhesive. Access floor panels form the underlying structural deck, supported by adjustable pedestals at each corner junction.
