A reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roof transitions over rigid polyiso insulation supported by a steel roof deck and metal roof truss. A treated wood nailer is anchored to the top of the tilt-up concrete wall, receiving the roof membrane which terminates under the metal flashing. A coated metal fascia panel is secured over a minimum twenty-four gauge continuous cleat using one-and-one-half-inch ring shank nails at six inches on center. Sealant is applied at the top edge of the fascia assembly to complete the weather seal.
