The assembly features a 1 1/2-inch diameter painted steel pipe guardrail set at a typical height of 3 feet 6 inches minimum, alongside a 1 1/4-inch diameter painted steel pipe handrail set at a typical height of 3 feet 0 inches. One and one-quarter inch diameter painted intermediate steel pipe rails fill the guardrail frame, with a note specifying that no interior rails are required if gaps are less than 4 inches wide.
