An insulated overhead coiling door housing mounts adjacent to an eight-inch concrete masonry unit wall with a concrete core. The wall features an exterior elastomeric coating. Continuous aluminum flashing at the door head incorporates weep holes spaced at a maximum of twenty-four inches on center. An eight-inch concrete masonry unit lintel spans the masonry opening, with the door housing aligned to the masonry opening dimension point.
