A suspended ceiling hanger wire anchors to the underside of a concrete structural slab using a 3/8-inch diameter expansion anchor and a 1-1/2-inch by 1-1/2-inch by 12-gauge by 2-inch wide ceiling clip. The anchor requires a minimum 6-inch edge distance from the face of the beam, joist, or edge of the slab. The connection secures to a concrete soffit with a minimum width of 12 inches where applicable, maintaining a minimum clearance.
